From account login to withdrawals, bonus wagering, support, and responsible gaming — everything you want to know about 5jeta is on this page.
Whether you are new to 5jeta or a returning player, it is natural to have many questions. On this page we have organised the most frequently asked questions into five categories: support, withdrawals, responsible gaming, cricket betting, and account management. Every answer is written in plain language so you can find solutions quickly and play with confidence.
Questions about support
Before reaching out to support, keep your registered email or phone number, account username, and the exact time the issue occurred within reach. If the problem is payment-related, sharing the transaction reference number or bKash/Nagad transaction ID will help resolve it much faster.
5jeta offers two support channels: you can start a 24/7 live chat directly on the site, or you can report the issue by email at [email protected]. Live chat is the fastest way to get a resolution.
Yes. 5jeta's live chat and email support run 24 hours a day, seven days a week — it makes no difference whether it's midnight or early morning. You can ask for help at any time according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
Absolutely. 5jeta's support team is able to assist in both Bengali and English. Ask your question in whichever language you are most comfortable with, and they will reply in that same language.
Questions about withdrawals
At 5jeta, the withdrawal process is generally completed in 5 to 30 minutes. Whether you withdraw via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, in most cases the money reaches your account within half an hour.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 5jeta is ৳1,000. If your balance is lower than this, you will not be able to withdraw, but you can play to increase your balance and withdraw later.
To withdraw money won from the welcome bonus, you need to meet the wagering requirement. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, and you must wager that ৳2,000 bonus 25 times, meaning a total of ৳50,000 in bets. Once the requirement is met, withdrawal is completely free.
No. 5jeta's withdrawal process runs at the same speed seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Even on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays, you can expect to receive your money within 5–30 minutes.
At 5jeta you can withdraw via four mobile wallets — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum amount is the same for each method: ৳1,000. The wallet you use most often is the most convenient choice.
Responsible gaming
No. 5jeta strictly enforces a 21+ age limit. Only individuals aged 21 or older may open an account and play. If age cannot be verified, registration may be cancelled during the account verification process.
Yes. 5jeta offers deposit limit setting as a responsible gaming tool. You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount through your account settings or by contacting support.
For a short break, you can use the cooling-off option — it is possible to suspend your account for a set number of days or weeks. If you feel you are experiencing a longer-term problem, you can choose self-exclusion. In either case, contact the support team directly.
If gaming starts to cause problems, speak with 5jeta's support team — they will help you take the right steps. You can also find detailed guidance and information on support organisations on our responsible gaming page.
BPL & international matches
Bangladeshi players at 5jeta particularly enjoy markets such as Match Winner, Toss Result, Over/Under Runs, Top Run Scorer, Top Bowler, and Innings Runs. Take the Bangladesh vs India match as an example — the "Match Winner" market is the most straightforward of all.
Yes. At 5jeta you can bet on matches in BPL, the ICC T20 World Cup, IPL, and other major international cricket tournaments. Go to the cricket section to see all available matches.
Live betting means placing bets in real time while a match is in progress. The odds change after every ball, giving you the opportunity to read the situation and make informed decisions. If there is a live match on 5jeta's cricket page, you will find the in-play option there.
Yes. In an accumulator or parlay bet, the results of multiple matches are combined. If every selection is correct, the overall odds multiply and the reward grows — but if even one is wrong, the entire bet is lost. It is a higher-risk approach, but a favourite strategy for many players.
Alongside cricket, 5jeta also offers betting on popular sports such as football and kabaddi. You will find various events including the FIFA World Cup and local Bangladeshi leagues in the sports section.
Account & login
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the 5jeta login page. Enter your registered email or phone number and a verification code will be sent to you. Use that code to set a new password. If you run into trouble, contact the support team directly via live chat.
For security purposes, 5jeta may request additional verification when you log in from a new device or browser. Typically, a one-time password (OTP) is sent to your registered phone number or email. Once you enter the OTP, you will be able to access your account.
A secure password should contain at least eight characters, a mix of upper and lower case English letters, numbers, and special characters (!@#$). Avoid using your date of birth or simple words (such as "123456" or "password"). Use a different password for each site.
To sign up at 5jeta, you need to provide your name, email or phone number, and a password. After completing registration, verify your account and activate the 200% welcome bonus with your first deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
No. Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be suspended and any bonuses may be cancelled. Enjoy all the benefits with a single account.
