1General Provisions

4.1 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 5jeta reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period after claiming a bonus, the bonus will expire.

5VIP Program

5jeta's VIP program has three tiers that provide special benefits to regular players:

5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on the user's regular activity and loyalty to the platform. 5jeta reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

6Fair Play and Responsible Conduct

5jeta strictly follows fair play principles. Any form of fraudulent activity on the platform, including the use of bots, scripting, or software-assisted play, is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

If any of the following activities are found, the account will be immediately suspended or closed:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or false information.
• Misusing bonus terms or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in collaborative cheating.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.

7Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the 5jeta platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 5jeta and is protected under copyright law. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes.
